Selfboot Inducer 5 Final

Nuestro amigo developer SiZiOUS acaba de lanzar la versión Final de su software generador de paquetes SBI. El código fuente está completo, y pulido:

- Fixed: Some minor modifications
- Fixed: Code cleanup
- Added: Complete source code
- Fixed: CD-RW drives detection (with the help of VasiliyRS)

I fixed a small bug in the tool, so please redownload the package again. The file version is now 5.0.6.1466. And the name of the beta tester is VasiliyRS not VasilyRS (I fixed my whatsnew.txt file too).
